- Orders can be canceled from the user account if the order status is still ‘Payment Accepted’. Buyer will receive full refund.
- If the order status has been changed to ‘Processing’ or ‘Shipped’, orders cannot be canceled at this stage.
Our Return Policy is not applicable in case of wrong selection made by the customer, or if the customer changes mind or any such similar reasons where there is no mistake from the seller’s side.
All customers are requested to check and confirm product details against their requirements. Customer can always reach us for any clarifications before placing an order.
Our Return Policy is applicable only in the following cases:
- product received is defective or damaged,
- product received is not as shown on the site,
- and other similar cases where the mistake is from the seller’s side
- Buyers will have 72 hours from the time of delivery to inform us in case of any issue with the order to claim for Returns.
- Buyer needs to inform us of the issue by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending details on our WhatsApp no. +918041146173 with picture / video evidence of the issue along with the order ID.

- Our Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision after looking into the complaint details.
- Once return is approved, we will initiate pickup from buyer’s location and upon successfully receiving and verifying the products, full refund will be initiated.
- In such cases where the buyer’s area is not serviceable by our logistic partner, the buyer may be asked to send the product back and share the shipping charges receipt. The shipping charges will be reimbursed in the form of Golchha Computers coupon which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Please note: Buyer must ship the products only after receiving confirmation from our Customer Service Team.
- If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.
- In case of BANK TRANSFER and COD, order refunds will be done only to buyers bank account. No cash refunds are issued.
- Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
