We have a 3-day return and replacement policy. You must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a claim. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. This period is 7 days for Prebuilt and Custom PCs.
Returns/replacements/refunds are only accepted for:

DOA / manufacturing defect

Wrong item sent by us

Physical damage in transit (tampered outer box, cracked panel, missing parts, etc.)

user-side damage/tamper
Contact us within 3 days of delivery (7 Days in case of Prebuilt and Custom PCs) with the required evidence (below). Requests after this window aren’t eligible. Post the 3-day claim period, any service is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty from the invoice date. Warranty claims must be raised directly with the brand’s authorised service centre as per their policy.

Mandatory Proof for Any Claim
To process DOA/damage/wrong-item claims, all the following are compulsory:

Unboxing video from intact seal to full contents (continuous, clear view), Must be continuous (no cuts or edits).

Photos of the product, serial number, and the issue

Order ID and a short description of the problem
Claims without a full unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Protect both parties from fraudulent claims
