At Golchha Computers , we ensure safe and timely delivery of IT products and components across India. Please read this policy carefully.
Service Scope — India Only: We currently operate and ship within India only
Order Processing Time

Dispatch window: 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat; excludes Sundays/public holidays) after payment & order confirmation.

A. Typically regular product orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat; public holidays and Sundays excluded).

For Prebuilt PCs and Custom PCs, please allow 7–14 days for assembly, testing, quality checks, and delivery, depending on component availability and build complexity. We’ll keep you informed at each stage once your order is in progress.

During high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer—we’ll notify you by email/WhatsApp.

Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping across India on all website orders (unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page).
Address Changes
Permitted before dispatch only. After dispatch, any change depends on the courier’s redirection policy and may not be possible for all pincodes.
Delivery Address & Responsibility
All orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Please ensure accuracy. Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will be the buyer’s responsibility; re-shipping charges may apply.
Delivery Attempts
Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. Undelivered parcels may be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged; additional charges may apply.
Packaging & Insurance
All fragile items are securely packed with bubble wrap and foam. In-transit insurance against damage/loss is included by default.
Tip (for faster claim support): Please record an unboxing video from seal-intact to full contents.
Lost / “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, inform us within 48 hours. We’ll raise a trace with the courier and assist as per their policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is not available. All orders are prepaid.
Working Hours & Dispatch Schedule
Warehouse & support: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST ( Sundays and public holidays excluded). Dispatches occur on working days only.
Couriers
We ship via leading partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, etc.), dynamically selected by pincode/service. Tracking links are shared once dispatched.
Express Shipping (Optional)
Express service may be available for select pincodes. Contact our team before/after placing your order; extra charges apply and availability is not guaranteed.
