2) Scope & Consent (legal bases)

We explain what data we collect, why, how we use/share it, and your choices under Indian law (including DPDP). By using our Website/Services or providing data, you consent to this Policy. We process data based on:

  • Contract (order, payment, shipping, support)

  • Legal obligation (GST/tax compliance)

  • Legitimate interests (security/fraud checks, analytics, service improvement)

  • Consent (marketing emails you opt into and non-essential cookies/pixels you enable)

3) Data We Collect

  • Identity & Contact: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address (GSTIN if provided for invoicing)

  • Orders & Support: orders, invoices, returns/RMA/claims, communications (email/phone/WhatsApp via WATI), and any photos/videos you share (e.g., unboxing/issue videos)

  • Technical/Usage: IP address, device/browser/OS, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies/analytics events

  • Payments: tokenised references/IDs from Razorpay and banking/card networks; we do not store full card or UPI credentials
    (We do not collect KYC unless a future law requires it; if that changes, we will update this Policy.)

4) Cookies, Analytics & Marketing

We use a cookie banner so you can choose categories:

  • Essential (always on): site operation, checkout, security, preferences

  • Analytics (consent-based): Google Analytics to understand usage and improve the site

  • Marketing (consent-based; used when we run ads): Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) pixels/cookies to measure campaigns, limit repetition, and show relevant offers

Control: Manage/withdraw consent anytime in our cookie banner/settings or via your browser. Marketing/analytics only run after consent.

What may be shared for Marketing (when enabled): cookie IDs, device/browser info, page views, purchase/conversion events, and—if configured—hashed contact data for audience matching (not readable by partners). We do not sell your personal data.

Retention: Marketing cookies/pixels store data only while consent is active and otherwise for their normal lifetimes (typically up to 13 months), after which they expire unless renewed with fresh consent.

5) How We Use & Share Data

We use data to fulfil orders, process payments, ship products, provide support/warranty, maintain security, and improve our services.
We share limited data with trusted providers who process it on our behalf under contracts:

  • Payments: Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant) and relevant acquiring banks/card networks

  • Logistics: Shiprocket and direct couriers (pickup/delivery/returns)

  • Communications: WATI/WhatsApp Business, email/SMS gateways, and our telephony/landline provider

  • Analytics: Google Analytics

  • Advertising (only with Marketing consent): Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    We do not sell personal data.

6) International Transfers

Some providers may process/store data outside India. Where applicable, we use reasonable technical and contractual safeguards.

7) Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and staff confidentiality obligations. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant partners; we do not store full card/UPI details. While we use appropriate safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will investigate, take remedial steps, and notify affected users and/or authorities where legally required.

Business Transfers

If our business undergoes a reorganisation, merger, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Response Times

We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 2–3 business days and respond within a reasonable timeframe (or sooner where required by law).

8) Retention

We keep personal data up to 3 years. For anything older, contact us and we will check with Accounts. Certain records may be kept longer if required by law. Cookies/analytics are kept per their normal lifetimes or until you delete/disable them.

9) Marketing & Consent Withdrawal

Marketing emails are optional (opt-in). You can unsubscribe or withdraw consent for marketing emails and cookies at any time via the links in messages, our cookie banner/settings, or by contacting us.

10) Children & Purchases

Browsing is open to everyone. Purchases and contracts should be made by adults or with guardian consent as applicable. We do not knowingly profile minors.
